Before you start
Ten questions we hear often.
You tell us what your business does and what you need to solve. With that, we design and build your homepage — or a clickable prototype of your operation — and send you the link. You open it, click through it, and decide with that in front of you, not a slide deck.
Not for that first version. You pay once you decide to move forward and already know exactly what you're buying.
It depends on the size of the project: a five-page site isn't the same as a system with multiple roles. Before we start, we give you a date in writing and stick to it. We don't promise generic timelines you saw online.
We write the code by hand — HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — and for platforms we use industry-standard databases and authentication. No page builders, no purchased themes, and no plugins that break with every update.
Yes. Code, content, domain, and hosting accounts stay in your company's name. We hand over the access once the project closes.
We can, and you or your team can also handle it. If we handle it, that's agreed separately and always on accounts that belong to you.
Small changes — a bit of text, a photo, a piece of data — happen without drama. Anything that's a new feature gets quoted separately and agreed on before we touch it.
The price comes from the scope, and the scope gets defined once you've seen what's built and know what you want. That's why we don't publish rates — we don't want to sell you a package that doesn't fit.
Yes. That's how most of our clients work with us. The same person answers +52 55 7353 4709, before and after the project.
Yes. Before any payment stage, we sign an agreement with scope, deliverables, dates, and terms. Nothing starts on a handshake.
